| Jim has a dilemma. He
runs a small warehouse where he moves a ton of inventory
day in and day out. He is constantly loading unloading
trucks all day long. It is a never ending process,
but it is his job and he likes it. A colleague suggested
that he get a new hand cart to help him with his
job. Jim thought this was a pretty good idea but
he only had one problem. He has so much inventory

him to do. He now had more free time to focus
