and presses. At each level of the manufacturing process you

it meets their high level of quality and craftsmanship. If
it does not, then it does not leave the manufacturing facility.
After passing final inspection, each and every hand truck
gets a high gloss green powder coat paint job that has become
a Harper trademark. If you find a green hand truck, chances
are it is a Harper.
They back all of this up with a warranty
that other manufacturers can not touch. If your new hand trucks
was used within it's weight limit and it breaks during the
first year of use, Harper will replace it or repair it free
of charge!
